Out of all of the places I went to on my Europe trip, Italy had my favorite food! Hotel Poseidon is where we stayed in Positano! We took a driver to Positano from Naples airport. Other than that we walked everywhere excluding our day in Amalfi! Here are a few of my favorite places we ate at …

Hotel Poseidon

My favorite part of the whole Italy trip was the Gin Fizz cocktails from our hotel bar. These drinks were like crisp, refreshing, light, grapefruit drinks on a perfect summer day. They were dangerously amazing & I will forever be dreaming about them. Please add it to your must try list. The view alone at the hotel is amazing! Rooftop pool vibes during the day & they have a beautiful view for sunset dinner too! We ate pasta, fries, and various snacks here during our stay and everything was perfect. I also added on the breakfast buffet to our stay so we had breakfast and coffee here everyday!

Eden Roc

Eden Roc is known for their steak and pizza! I tried carpaccio which quite possibly may be a new favorite. It is raw beef which I was terrified of but it was the most amazing thing ever. We also LOVED the burette and Margherita pizza! Sit outside if weather is good, it’s a fun experience and beautiful view! This was our favorite place so we also returned on our last night and had more buartta, a truffle pizza & ended with the most amazing tiramisu!

Francos Bar

The view, the drinks, the vibes, it is ALL worth the wait. They do not take reservations and the line feels like it’s never moving but it does. Francos Bar was one of our favorites so we returned on our last night again (we started here on our first night!). Drinks come with popcorn and various snacks which is so cute and the vibe was so fun, we even made friends with the couple next to us and got their Instagrams! Overall such a fun & unforgettable place.

Da Vincenzo

The best. food. ever. Quite literally, I was speechless. You NEED a reservation. It is a Michelin star spot. The host was going insane at how many people were there without one and she turned away every single person in line. We were incredibly lucky to have one and she was so excited to see our name on the list. The place first opened in 1958 by the family’s grandfather. We ordered pasta and buratta. We also got drinks and desert and I have never had a desert as amazing as these. We got cheesecake and chocolate mousse! Get both, life is short.

Buca di Bacco

Buca di Bacco had amazing gelato! I got lemon gelato in frozen lemon & it was so refreshing!

Adamo Ed Eva

This place we stumbled upon one day and we just walked up, they weren’t open yet so we waited 30 minutes until they opened and it was worth the wait. Our server was the cutest old man and he was SO funny. We went to order two glasses of champagne and he somehow convinced us we needed a bottle. He also brought out a giant tray of live lobster and let my boyfriend pick the exact one for his dish. He was a funny guy and made the experience so great. The views were unbelievable and the truffle pasta (of course) was incredible. Forever will be a favorite memory of mine.

One night we went to Club Type Vibe, It was so much fun and they played great music! We had a fun time here for a night out drinking!

We also spent one whole day on a boat and only brought a block of cheese, bottle of champagne, Nutella snacks, and some local bread! Honestly it was so fun and a cute day!
